Rawhide Western Town

Rawhide Western Town was originally practically in my backyard when I moved into my first home in Scottsdale, Arizona.  But, shortly after I  moved in, they moved across town and I no longer get to see fireworks on the 4th of July from my back porch.  Although they are a bit of a road trip for me now, Rawhide remains one of my favorite little spots in Arizona to visit.  Here are a few images from our recent trip to Rawhide Western Town with my posse.  Notice how much fun my colorful daughters were having pretending to be cowgirls for the day.  There's panning for gold, a rock wall, horse rides, carriage rides, and live shows.  We didn't even get to do my favorite part yet, which is the BBQ in the evening under the stars.  As a photographer based out of Cave Creek, this is one of my favorite places to visit and photograph.  What better setting for a photo shoot in Arizona, than Rawhide!  I hope you enjoy!

Me and my PosseWhen hiring me as your photographer, you might find one of my assistants holding up a reflector for me from time to time. They were not having fun at all! The Cowgirl Life
